By accessing or using ARENA Sports Index (“ARENA”, “the platform”, arenasportsmarket.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What ARENA is

ARENA is a simulated market game where users can build fictional portfolios of professional sports teams using simulated funds. Prices and valuations on the platform are derived from publicly available data (such as Forbes franchise valuations and ESPN game results) for entertainment purposes. They do not represent real market values and cannot be redeemed, traded, or converted into money.

3. What ARENA is not

• ARENA is not a real-money brokerage, securities exchange, or fantasy-sports gambling platform.
• ARENA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, or player.
• ARENA does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Nothing on the platform is an offer to buy or sell securities, commodities, or any other financial instrument.

4. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use ARENA. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or sign-in codes with anyone.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ARENA for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its underlying APIs
• Use ARENA in any way that suggests it represents real financial activity or that implies endorsement by any league, team, or player
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual property

The ARENA name, logo, website design, and platform code are owned by us. Team names and league names mentioned on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes under nominative fair use.

7. Third-party data

ARENA displays information from third-party sources (such as publicly available sports data). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data and are not liable for decisions made based on it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ARENA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARENA and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Since ARENA is a simulation with no real-money value, you understand and accept that no monetary losses can arise from gameplay.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
